Contract | Days (3x12 Hours, 7:00–19:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical, overflow, post-surgical, and observation unit
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:6–7 in a team nursing environment
• Collaborate with LPNs and interdisciplinary team members as the unit transitions to a team nursing model
• Fulfill on-call and weekend obligations as needed per unit requirements
• Adhere to all facility compliance, floating, and holiday coverage policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience
• At least 1 prior completed travel assignment required
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (local travelers not accepted)
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial submission; RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be honored
• Willingness to work required holidays if the assignment spans end-of-year holiday periods

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of total RN experience
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position
