Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit within a short-term acute care facility
- Float between units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
- Adhere to AWHONN staffing standards for patient ratios
- Participate in on-call shifts during low census periods, approximately one per pay period
- Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon (may submit with license pending)
- Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Must have a personal vehicle for this assignment
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates considered at a reduced rate)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Comfort with floating to affiliated facilities nearby as needed
