Contract (13 or 18 weeks) | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 or 48 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 40-bed, high-acuity ICU setting with targeted patient ratios of 1:2–3
• Support and assist with bedside procedures including Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Trach, and G-Tube placement
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including ICP monitoring, arterial lines, Flotrac monitoring, BIS, and train of four
• Recover patients immediately post-operatively as assigned
• Float within the hospital or to nearby campus locations based on census and skill set, including high-risk respiratory units
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (any active state license or compact license accepted; candidates with prior license disciplinary action will not be considered)
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a large hospital ICU setting (Level 1 preferred; Level 2 experience accepted)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to read, interpret, and manage EKG/telemetry strips and trachs; must pass an online EKG/dysrhythmia competency assessment within 72 hours of contract signing
• Proficiency with Epic EMR (required for this role)
• Ability and willingness to float to other units or nearby campuses without restrictions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Level 1 trauma center ICU background strongly preferred
• Experience with high-risk respiratory or COVID patient populations
