Occupational Therapist
Location: Farmington, IL
Schedule / Job Type: Part-time, 35 hours/week, Days shifts, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a clinical or community setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification in Illinois
• Relevant degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Strong understanding of patient assessment and therapeutic interventions

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
