Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Days shifts, 10-hour shifts, 1 shift per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs.
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans, including discharge planning, based on patient assessments and interdisciplinary team input.
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, policies, standards of care, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and communicate patient status accurately.
• Evaluate patient responses to care and teaching, and update care plans accordingly.
• Document assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or higher.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum one year of licensed RN experience in an Operating Room or procedural setting.
• Additional perioperative or OR-specific experience is highly preferred.
• PALS certification within 90 days of start date if assigned to pediatric services.
