Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across a 15-suite operating room environment handling 25–45 cases per day
• Oversee surgical cases spanning multiple specialties including general, GYN, urology, plastics, robotics, neuro, ortho, spine, EENT, and cardiothoracic
• Provide charge-level leadership and support to OR nursing staff during rotating shifts
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards, surgical protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with surgical teams and facility leadership to maintain efficient OR workflow and throughput

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2–3 years of progressively responsible operating room nursing experience
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience in an OR setting is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple surgical specialties in a high-volume OR environment
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical procedures and advanced OR technologies
