What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Education required; Master’s degree preferred
- Valid TN Teaching Certification for grades K-12 or K-5
- Experience working with elementary-aged students
- Demonstrated success in improving student achievement
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and colleagues
- Passion for providing outstanding academic and character education in urban settings
- Ability to collaborate within a team of high performers and be adaptable to schedule changes
