Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services within a rehabilitation setting at an acute care facility
• Deliver patient care in accordance with facility policies and established treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations in alignment with facility staffing requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license valid in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Experience working in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Ability to adhere to facility scheduling policies including weekend and holiday rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy assignment experience
• Familiarity with acute care rehabilitation protocols and documentation systems
