• Full-time, Days shifts, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Conduct assessments including fall risk and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Manage caseloads through case management and screening activities
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using NextGen EHR system
• Deliver evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, vestibular therapy, manual therapy, and non-surgical rotator cuff management
• Treat conditions including Achilles tendinitis, ACL tears, post-operative back pain, fractures, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, and postural dysfunction

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic therapy
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR), preferably NextGen
• Ability to perform fall risk assessments and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Strong case management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with treatment of sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and chronic conditions such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis
• Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and vestibular therapy
• Ability to manage a caseload of 9-11 visits per day
