- Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Monitor fetal and maternal health, responding promptly to changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Adhere to hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- C-EFM (Continuous Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a Labor and Delivery unit.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
