Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Family Birthing Center setting
- Monitor and assess laboring patients and newborns throughout the care continuum
- Interpret and respond to electronic fetal monitoring data to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support labor, delivery, and postpartum patients
- Administer medications and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification
