Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients within NICU, PICU, CVICU, and other pediatric units, ensuring high-level care (level 4).
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement respiratory treatment plans for PEDS, NICU, and PICU patients.
• Work within RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU, with potential to float to other units including Rehab and additional NICUs as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, including fingerprinting, background checks, and drug screening.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and adhere to all certification and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio RRT license in hand.
• NBRC Certification, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS active and in possession.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PEDS, NICU (high-level care level 4), or PICU settings.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00 to 07:30).
• Successful completion of two fingerprinting processes (onsite and through agency).
• Proof of full work history, including Cleveland Clinic or similar facilities, must be included in profile.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine), updated annually.
• No license hits or background issues.
• Ability to work in a nicotine-free, smoke-free environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital environment in pediatric intensive care units.
• Flexibility to float to various NICU and rehab facilities within the region.
• Strong adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards.

Note: All travel compliance and credentialing requirements must be met prior to start. This role is scheduled for night shifts with a maximum of 4 hours for modules, completed pre-start and annually as required. All candidates must be fully committed and compliant with facility policies.
