Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with plan of care
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent Washington State license required (compact license not accepted)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Must meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Ability to commit to a 26-week assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation platforms
