Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of neonatal patients, responding promptly to changes in status
- Support postpartum patients as needed, with training provided for those transitioning into this area
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior postpartum nursing experience
- Comfort working in a combined NICU and postpartum care environment
