Surgical Technologist – Vascular OR

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time (36–40 hours/week) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in vascular surgical procedures as a primary member of the OR team
• Participate in call rotation, approximately every 2nd or 3rd weekend, plus 1–2 call shifts per week, with a required 30-minute on-site response time
• Float to General OR and/or Outpatient Surgery Center as needed based on census and staffing demands
• Participate in holiday call rotation as required based on patient census and staffing levels
• Apply knowledge of central processing and instrumentation to support safe and efficient surgical operations

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Current BLS certification
• Broad, current hands-on experience across multiple surgical specialties including orthopedic, neurological, and vascular procedures
• Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated knowledge of central processing and surgical instrumentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred but not required
• Experience scrubbing vascular cases specifically within a hospital OR setting
