Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, outpatient orthopedic setting, days shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients in a clinical setting.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress.
• Float to other clinics within the travel team as needed.
• Manage a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient flow and efficiency.
• Work up to 40 hours per week with a guarantee of 36 hours; overtime must be approved in advance.

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a float capacity across multiple clinics.
• Will accept part-time therapists and first-time travelers.
• Current or recent outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Proven ability to handle outpatient orthopedic caseloads.
• Excellent time management and patient communication skills.
