Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to newborn patients in the NICU.
• Perform assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Complete procedures such as IV starts and PICC line insertions.
• Maintain detailed documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Support unit policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure.
• Experience with neonatal care preferred.
• Certification in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
• Ability to perform IV starts and PICC line insertions.
• Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with central lines such as UAC, UVC, Broviacs, PICC lines.
• STABLE certification or experience is a plus.

Additional Details

• Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, with a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule.

• Dress code: Royal blue scrubs.
