Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans
• Maintain a patient caseload consistent with a 20:1 patient-to-therapist ratio
• Operate and monitor radiation therapy equipment to ensure accurate and safe treatment delivery
• Document patient treatment records and report any changes in patient condition to the care team
• Collaborate with oncology and radiology staff to support continuity of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Texas Radiation Therapist license (compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under travel guidelines
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a pediatric or trauma center environment
• Familiarity with pediatric patient populations and associated care considerations
