Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing in a fast-paced outpatient oncology clinic setting
• Conduct phlebotomy procedures as a required component of daily duties
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to effective teamwork and communication
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and charting
• Maintain flexibility to meet facility needs and adapt to varying caseloads

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician
• ASCP or AMT certification required
• Phlebotomy skills required
• No radiation badge required
• Must not have worked at this facility within the past year prior to starting as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient or oncology clinic laboratory environment
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience working independently in a high-volume laboratory setting
