CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high volume of CT imaging studies across a wide variety of cases sourced from a Level III Trauma Center Emergency Department
- Conduct CT examinations including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
- Administer contrast agents and manage IV-related procedures as required per case
- Operate PACS systems to manage and transmit imaging data accurately and efficiently
- Support inpatient, ER, and Adult ICU imaging needs within a community hospital setting
- Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as required
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT certification in CT (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Minimum 18 months of CT technologist experience
- Proficiency with PACS systems and contrast administration
- Experience in inpatient, ER, and Adult ICU environments within a community hospital setting
- Valid state license must be in hand prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient, Level I Trauma, teaching hospital, or pediatric settings (NICU/PICU)
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR and GE scanner/imaging equipment
- Experience with IV starts, phlebotomy, biopsies, aspirations, drainage procedures, or myelography
