CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of CT imaging studies across a wide variety of cases sourced from a Level III Trauma Center Emergency Department
• Conduct CT examinations including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Administer contrast media and maintain compliance with imaging protocols
• Operate PACS systems to manage and transmit imaging data
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as required
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays as part of contract requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT CT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of CT technologist experience
• Experience in inpatient, ER, and community hospital settings
• Experience with Adult ICU, PACS, contrast administration, and the full range of required CT modalities listed above
• Valid state license must be in hand prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient, Level I Trauma, teaching hospital, or pediatric settings (NICU/PICU)
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and GE scanner/equipment
• Skills in IV starts, phlebotomy, biopsies, aspirations, drainage, or myelography
