Travel - Registered Nurse - Oncology
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Travel, Nights, 13-week duration
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a hospital setting.
- Administer treatments, medications, and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and update medical records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM).
- Strong clinical and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Previous experience in a multidisciplinary oncology unit.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
