Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to trauma telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Monitor patient telemetry, assist with patient assessments, and document care using Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Prepare patients for procedures including Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, and Operating Room interventions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Support unit operations during night shifts, including unit documentation and patient observation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in telemetry nursing.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Leadership or charge nurse experience.
• BSN degree.
• Experience in trauma or critical care units.
