Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to a diverse patient population in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Float to other clinics as needed, including nearby facilities
• Maintain a productivity standard of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient throughput
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure patient care and documentation comply with all organizational protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist or PTA (if applicable)
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to work in outpatient orthopedics
• Ability to work in a fluctuating work environment, including float assignments to other clinics

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience (preferred)
• Recent graduates or first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Flexibility in working up to 40 hours per week, with prior approval for overtime
