Behavioral Technician
Location: Selinsgrove, PA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Midshift, 8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral therapy support to clients in a clinical or home setting.
• Implement treatment plans designed by behavioral specialists.
• Collect and document client progress and behavioral data accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state-specific certification or license (if applicable).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in behavioral health, special education, or related areas.
• Certification in basic behavioral intervention techniques.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
