Schedule / Job Type
- PRN, Mids shift, 8 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support and interventions to clients as assigned
- Assist with implementing treatment plans and strategies
- Support clients in achieving therapeutic goals
- Document client progress and observe behavioral changes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Certification or license relevant to behavioral support (e.g., BHT, CNA, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in behavioral or mental health is preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior work with behavioral health patients or clients with developmental disabilities
- Experience working in a clinical or residential setting
