• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, credentialing, and facility requirements.
• Utilize provided equipment during patient sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in clinical setting with physical therapy modalities.
• Ability to complete documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
