Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties including orthopedic, neuro, and vascular surgeries.
• Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Maintain sterile field and support surgeons during procedures.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure efficient and successful surgeries.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of sterilization, instrumentation, and intraoperative support.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Proven experience with a broad range of surgical procedures, including orthopedics, neuro, and vascular.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification highly preferred but not required.
• Prior experience working with diverse surgical cases and settings.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal RTO.
