Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week | No Weekends | No Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Triage obstetric and gynecological patient concerns over the phone, applying knowledge of obstetric emergencies including placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, gestational hypertension, and preeclampsia
• Respond to patient inquiries via EPIC messaging and voice message in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform clinical duties related to maternity and gynecological care of women in an outpatient clinic setting
• Recognize and appropriately escalate obstetric emergencies as needed
• Support overall clinic operations and patient flow within the OB/GYN department

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license or Compact RN license (pending licensure accepted if application has been submitted, must obtain within 2 weeks of start)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of OB/GYN clinic or Labor & Delivery nursing experience (L&D experience accepted in lieu of OB/GYN clinic experience)
• Demonstrated knowledge of obstetric emergencies and appropriate triage protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient OB/GYN clinic setting
• Strong phone triage skills within a maternity or women's health environment
