Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day/Evening Mix Shifts (6:00 AM–2:30 PM & 2:00 PM–10:30 PM) | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Sunday–Saturday Work Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations governing long-term care

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or a compact state
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to work day and evening shift rotations as scheduled
• Ability to meet compliance requirements and begin within two weeks of offer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an LTC or SNF environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care settings
• Strong communication and adaptability skills in a fast-paced care environment
