MRI Technologist (Mobile & Main)

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Holiday coverage required when holidays fall on scheduled shift days

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging as a Mobile MRI Technologist on Fridays, transitioning to the main MRI department after 5:00 PM through end of shift
• Operate as a Main MRI Technologist on Saturdays and Sundays for the full 12-hour shift
• Operate MRI equipment safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols and patient care standards
• Document and chart patient information using Epic electronic health records system
• Adhere to all facility safety, compliance, and emergency response protocols, including potential assignment to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June–November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
• Active ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required; state license is not required
• Current BLS certification required
• Hands-on experience with Siemens MRI equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 Trauma center experience preferred
• Experience working in a Magnet-designated or teaching hospital environment
