Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (8:45 AM – 9:15 PM) | Monday–Friday with overnight and holiday call as applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in all surgical areas across a wide range of cases including craniotomies, laparoscopic procedures, endovascular, neuro, and robotic surgeries
• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care throughout the intraoperative phase
• Participate in Monday–Friday overnight call rotation and holiday call shifts as applicable
• Accurately document patient care and clinical activities using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and procedural compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Experience circulating in endoscopy, neurosurgery, and robotic surgical cases required
• Active RN license – compact or Tennessee state license required
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months, clearly documented, required; candidates must pass the Epic competency exam (one attempt only)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Broad surgical experience spanning multiple service lines including endovascular and neurological procedures
• Prior travel nursing experience in a high-volume surgical setting
