Echocardiography Technologist (Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer)

Seaside, OR

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | No on-call | No weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform echocardiography studies in a critical access hospital setting
  • Independently start IVs for contrast studies as required
  • Operate and document within an Epic electronic health records system
  • Maintain accurate patient ratios and adhere to established scheduling protocols
  • May be expected to float to nearby affiliate facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of echocardiography/ultrasound experience
  • Proficiency in independently placing IVs for contrast studies
  • Active Oregon state license (may submit with license pending)
  • Proficiency with Epic charting system
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local rate applies within radius)
  • Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in a critical access or small hospital environment
  • Demonstrated flexibility to support float needs across nearby facilities
