Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, delivering safe and effective nursing care throughout each shift
• Float between units and, as needed, to sister facilities based on skill set and staffing needs
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays as required by the assignment
• Participate in required compliance modules and annual training as part of the assignment obligations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry
• Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must have a personal vehicle available for use during the assignment
• Must reside outside a 50-mile local radius of the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to multiple units or facility types within an acute care environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Strong adaptability and willingness to support varying unit needs across multiple locations
