Contract | Days | 3x12 or 5x8 Hours | Onsite | Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM weekdays; every 4th weekend 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with adjusted days off the week of the weekend worked)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging across a range of body regions including head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and spine/musculoskeletal
- Execute vascular CT studies such as pulmonary embolism workups, CTA, and aortic imaging
- Prepare and administer contrast media; perform venipuncture and start peripheral IVs
- Apply radiation safety protocols throughout all imaging procedures
- Perform CT arthrography studies as required
- Operate within a Critical Access, Magnet-designated facility serving Adult Outpatient, ICU, and Emergency Department settings
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT certification required
- Active BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross accepted; RQI cards not accepted)
- Active Illinois state license required at time of submission — pending licenses not accepted
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
- Experience in Adult Outpatient, ICU, and Emergency Department work settings
- Demonstrated proficiency in CT arthrography
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
- Familiarity with a Critical Access hospital environment
