Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Participate in on-call rotation; weekday call hours run from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM as assigned per call rotation schedule
• Work every approximately 4th weekend with weekday coverage as determined by staffing needs
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including coverage across like units as required
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records system
• During hurricane season (June–November), be prepared to participate in emergency response team assignments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Operating Room RN experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations and float requirements as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with surgical scrub and circulating roles within the OR
• Strong adaptability and ability to work effectively across varied staffing and scheduling needs
