Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Rotating Weekends and Holidays | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases
- Deliver postpartum care for both mother and newborn following delivery
- Perform circulator duties within the Labor and Delivery setting
- Monitor and interpret electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) throughout patient care
- Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as needed
- Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, including postpartum care for mother and baby
- Circulator experience required
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic health records system
- Current ACLS certification
- Current S.T.A.B.L.E. program certification
