Contract | Days/Nights Rotating | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC unit setting, with potential to float to designated units caring for the same patient population
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations
• Rotate holiday coverage as required, working at minimum every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Stepdown or IMC specialty; travel experience in the specialty may be considered
• Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active ACLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active NIHSS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PCU / Progressive Care Unit experience
• 18 months of experience within a single facility location in the applicable specialty
