CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and general radiography imaging for outpatient, inpatient, and emergent cases
• Operate CT scanners as well as portable and fixed X-ray equipment
• Work within a department handling approximately 60 combined CT and X-ray studies per 24-hour period
• Utilize EMR and PACS systems to manage and communicate imaging studies
• Start IVs as required for contrast administration (training available)
• Participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call or standby rotations as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required
• BLS certification required
• Hands-on experience in both CT and general X-ray imaging
• Ability to work within a hospital-only setting without cross-facility floating

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Siemens CT equipment and Siemens PACS and radiology systems
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
• Experience operating Konica or Fuji portable imaging equipment
