Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend required; subject to change based on facility need
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Administer and manage medications using the Omnicell medication system
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using EPIC EMR
- Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies
- Complete required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance training within designated timeframes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room clinical experience
- Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CPI, and PALS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Prior travel nursing experience; first-time travelers will be considered based on demonstrated skill and experience
