Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting within an acute care hospital environment
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
• Accurately document patient care activities and clinical findings using Epic electronic health records
• Float between like units or sister facilities nearby as needed based on staffing requirements
• Adhere to unit protocols, compliance requirements, and scheduling commitments including holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience; at least 1 year required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of candidate submission; post-submission RTO requests may not be granted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience charting in Epic electronic health records system
• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments across similar units
