Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite | 16–26 Week Assignment | Every other weekend required | Holiday coverage required (2 of 4: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across all age groups, including ICU and ED patient populations
• Manage and operate mechanical ventilators in conjunction with Pulmonary Critical Care physicians and Hospitalist service
• Implement and follow RT-driven protocols for bronchodilator therapy, hyperinflation, airway clearance, and non-invasive ventilation (NIV) therapy
• Support neonatal and pediatric patients, including those requiring NICU/PICU-level care
• Perform external transports for adult critical care patients
• Document all patient care activities accurately within the Epic electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Neonate and pediatric experience (NICU/PICU) required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required and non-negotiable
• Reliable personal transportation required; all-season or snow tires recommended November through April

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel healthcare experience desired
• Familiarity with equipment including Hamilton C3 and T1 Ventilators, V60 NIV, Airvo 2, F&P Heated HFNC, and Bubble CPAP
• Experience with Pyxis medication systems
