Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Onsite | Fixed or Rotating Weekends | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) setting during night shift hours
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties for cardiac, vascular, thoracic, and transplant surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, high-quality perioperative patient care
• Accurately document patient information and care activities using the EPIC electronic health record system
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in a Level I Trauma environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac, vascular, and transplant settings
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR-specific experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level I Trauma facility
• Scrub experience required
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system required
• Active BLS certification required
• Valid RN compact or state license in hand at time of submission; must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple OR specialties including general OR, cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant
• Ability to work flexibly within a night shift schedule with rotating weekend assignments
