Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:00–18:30) | Option to sign for 36 or 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Room setting within a Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma Center
• Manage patient assignments at a 4:1 ratio, with occasional flex to 5:1
• Perform interpretation and management of dysrhythmias as a core clinical requirement
• Document all patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Adhere to RTO limits of no more than 7 days per 13-week contract, with no RTO during the first week of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in MO or a compact license matching permanent residence (MO license may be submitted pending; IL license must be in hand at time of submittal)
• Minimum 2–3 years of Emergency Room experience; candidates with 2 years must have Level I Trauma Center experience and at least one prior travel assignment
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required (must be obtained by compliance hard document deadline)
• Must pass a Relias EKG exam prior to placement
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I Trauma Center experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Experience in a Magnet or teaching hospital environment
