Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an ENT and Plastic Surgery unit, caring for patients with cuffed/cuffless tracheostomies, total laryngectomies, carotid blowout precautions, and free flap patients
• Perform and manage drain care, free flap monitoring, wound care, and tube feeding
• Maintain IV access, perform phlebotomy, and manage central lines
• Monitor patients via telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
• Float within service line to meet facility needs as required
• Document all patient care accurately using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (MO or compact); pending MO license submissions accepted
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience; 1+ year considered with Level I or Teaching Facility background
• ACLS certification required by compliance deadline
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Telemetry experience required
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in ENT, head and neck, or plastic surgery nursing
• Familiarity with tracheostomy and laryngectomy patient care
• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers considered
