Contract (13–18 week options) | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during overnight shifts
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — permanent Ohio license or compact state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active AHA BLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months is required
• No open license hits or open background case findings; background hits of any kind are subject to facility review

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18+ months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility location
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration assessment protocols
• Experience working in a large health system or high-acuity telemetry environment
