Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:00) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mammography imaging procedures in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
- Operate and maintain mammography equipment to ensure optimal image quality
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately using Epic
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support diagnostic workflows
- May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of mammography technologist experience required
- Valid state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Experience with Epic electronic health records system required
- Must be available to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard travel rates (locals accepted at a lower rate)
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel contract experience preferred
- Experience working in a large acute care or teaching hospital environment
- Familiarity with mammography workflows in a high-volume radiology department
