Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessment, triage, and emergency interventions
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses in accordance with facility protocols
• Interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms and telemetry findings
• Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS certification (AHA) required
• PALS or ENPC required
• Must have prior EPIC EMR experience
• Candidates must pass a Dysrhythmia and Medication competency test (85% passing score, one attempt only) prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred
• MAB certification preferred
• Experience in high-volume or Level I/II Emergency Department settings
