Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting during 12-hour night shifts
• Participate in every other weekend rotation; if working through winter holidays, 2 holidays are required
• Float between ICU and IMCU as needed
• Manage and monitor patients requiring cardiac assist devices including IABP and Impella
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and patient management

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• EPIC proficiency required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar ICU setting
• CT surgery experience and hands-on experience with IABP and Impella devices required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ICU and step-down or IMCU environments
• Familiarity with complex cardiac patient populations
