Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions resulting in decline of self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence
• Provide acute care occupational therapy services across multiple facility locations on a PRN basis
• Deliver one-on-one outpatient therapy sessions with therapist-driven treatment times
• Support patient progress toward improved functional independence within a community-based rehabilitation setting

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute care or critical access hospital settings
• Familiarity with both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation environments
