Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation | Expected 72 Hours Biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting during 12-hour night shifts
• Float between ICU and IMCU as needed
• Operate and monitor advanced cardiac devices, including IABP and IMPELLA
• Care for CT surgery patients, applying specialized clinical knowledge and skills
• Participate in weekend rotation (every other weekend) and fulfill holiday requirements if working through winter holidays (2 holidays required)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar ICU or critical care setting
• CT surgery experience and hands-on experience with devices such as IABP and IMPELLA required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ICU and step-down or IMCU environments
• Familiarity with high-acuity cardiac patient populations
